At WP Official Support, we strive to deliver high-quality services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Subscription Services (Non-Refundable)
All subscription-based services (monthly or annual support plans) are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the billing date
- Once a renewal charge is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Partial or unused subscription period
- Change of mind after billing
Customers are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions in a timely manner.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: info@wpofficialsupport.com
- Requests must be made before the next billing date
- Once canceled, no future charges will apply
- Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period
3. One-Time Services Refund Policy
For non-subscription (one-time) services:
- A 100% refund may be issued only if we are unable to deliver the agreed service, and
- The request is made within 15 calendar days from the date of payment
4. Refunds Not Applicable In Following Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Subscription renewals (as stated above)
- Domain registration, hosting, or third-party service fees
- Delays caused due to lack of client response or required access
- Work already completed or delivered
- Change of mind after work has started or completed
- Issues caused by third-party platforms, software, or hosting providers
5. Proof of Prior Cancellation Request
If a customer claims that a cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date, they must provide valid proof (email communication). Refunds will only be considered upon verification.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By making a payment, you agree:
- To contact us first for resolution before initiating a chargeback
- That all policies mentioned here will be used as evidence in dispute resolution
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Permanent account restriction
